NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our neonate patients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care to neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, documenting all observations and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide education and support to families regarding newborn care and health needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the NICU.

Schedule & Requirements

• Shift: Night shifts, 3×12-hour shifts (18:00 – 06:30).
• Weekends: Every other weekend required; may exceed based on unit needs.
• Floating: May float to related units, depending on experience.
• Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with at least 1 year in a NICU setting.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

No on-call duty is required for this position. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.

Guaranteed hours are subject to the facility’s call-off policy, which allows for one shift off every two weeks.
